About Us
Therapy usually takes place in an office. Both the therapist and patient are only exposed to what is within the four walls. What makes our approach different is that we offer the client the opportunity to receive therapy in tune with nature. This means that the client has the option of receiving counselling in a peaceful garden.
Clients who love nature but prefer to be indoors have the option of being in an office with plants. We also accommodate clients who have allergies. Instead of real plants, we make use of artificial plants. Bringing the outdoors indoors.
Several studies have found that a mere glimpse of nature from a window or even photographs of nature can improve a person’s overall mood, mental health, and life satisfaction.

Spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. This approach enables the client to receive the healing they need, appreciate and connect with nature, which results in enhancing the client’s overall health.
